Following a consult on location, we determine what package is best for the space. The inventory selections are made to best suite the space and items are moved in and out on dates agreed upon.

The Trifecta | $1,500 + GST (set up fee + initial 30 day rental period)

For vacant homes

• Includes furnishings, textiles, decor for 3 rooms of your choice + bathrooms and entryway

• Additional $200 per added room

• $350 per subsequent 30 day rental periods after the initial month

The Facelift | $600 + GST (flat rate)

For lived-in homes that need a little fine tuning.

• Includes decor, art, minimal furnishings and accents throughout the space

• Prices may vary depending on volume of textiles/furniture requested

• Remains in the home until it sells, for up to 90 days
